Terms of Service

By accessing or using OneGrab.io ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. OneGrab Limited ("we", "us") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

OneGrab.io is an online entertainment and e-commerce platform offering:

• Credits System: Users purchase platform Credits (1 Credit = USD $1.00) to use across the platform.
• Member Reward Events: Users spend Credits to participate in member reward events. Results are determined by Ethereum blockchain block hash — publicly verifiable and tamper-proof.
• Direct Purchase: Users may spend Credits to purchase products outright at listed prices.
• Free Entry: No purchase is necessary. Credits may be earned free through daily check-in (1 Credit/day), registration bonus (10 Credits), and referral rewards (20 Credits per referred user).

Participation in member reward events does NOT require the purchase of Credits. Free Credits are available to all registered users. Free Credits carry equal participation value to purchased Credits. This provision complies with applicable promotional competition laws.

• Must be at least 18 years of age (or legal majority age in your jurisdiction)
• Must not be in a jurisdiction where such participation is prohibited
• Must provide accurate registration information
• One account per person only

It is your responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Purchasing: 1 Credit = USD $1.00. Credits are platform virtual currency — not legal tender or cryptocurrency.

Using: 1 Credit per draw entry, or full-price for direct purchases. Credits do not expire while your account is active.

Non-transferable: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts. Purchased Credits may be refunded per our Refund Policy. Free Credits have no cash value.

• Each draw has a fixed number of shares. Each entry costs 1 Credit.
• Draw triggers automatically when all shares are sold.
• Winner is determined by the hash of the 5th Ethereum block after sell-out, modulo total shares — verifiable by anyone on Etherscan.
• Winners may choose the physical prize or 85% of market value in Credits.
• OneGrab.io cannot influence or predict any draw outcome.

Products with a "Buy Now" option may be purchased using Credits at the listed price. All direct purchases are final upon payment confirmation and subject to our Shipping and Refund Policies.

Referrers earn commission Credits on referred users' draw entries: 5% (Level 1) + 2% (Level 2) + 1% (Level 3). Commission is issued in real-time. OneGrab.io may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse free Credits
• Using bots or automated tools
• Attempting to manipulate draws or exploit vulnerabilities
• Providing false identity information
• Any activity violating applicable law

Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of Credits and prizes.

OneGrab Limited's total liability shall not exceed the value of Credits purchased by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
