Delivery times begin from the date prize shipping is confirmed, not from the draw date.
3. High-Value Items (Cars & Luxury)
For high-value physical prizes such as vehicles or premium luxury goods:
- Our team will contact you directly within 3 business days of your claim to arrange logistics.
- Vehicle delivery or collection arrangements will be coordinated based on your location.
- Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the winner's responsibility unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
- For winners outside of a feasible shipping zone, the Credits buyback (85%) option is always available.
4. Shipping Costs
OneGrab.io covers standard international shipping costs for all physical prizes. We use reputable carriers (DHL, FedEx, SF Express) with tracking.
However, any import duties, VAT, or customs charges imposed by your country are the winner's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import regulations for high-value items before selecting the physical prize option.
5. Delivery Address
Winners must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:
- Full name (as on government ID)
- Street address, city, postal code, country
- Phone number for courier contact
OneGrab.io is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the winner.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your prize arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the packaging and item immediately upon receipt
- Contact us at support@onegrab.io within 48 hours of delivery
For lost shipments, we will initiate a carrier investigation. If confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or the Credits buyback equivalent.
