Refund Policy

1. Credits Purchase — General Policy

When you purchase Credits on OneGrab.io, you are buying platform virtual currency ("Credits") to participate in draws or purchase products directly. Credits are denominated 1 Credit = USD $1.00.

All Credits purchases are final and non-refundable once Credits have been used to enter a draw. This is because draw entries are immediately processed and allocated upon purchase, and the draw may commence at any time after sell-out.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We will issue a full refund of unused Credits to your original payment method in the following cases:

  • You purchased Credits but have not used any of them, and request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • A technical error on our platform resulted in a double charge or incorrect amount being charged.
  • A draw is cancelled by OneGrab.io before it is completed — in this case all entries for that draw will be refunded as Credits.
  • A product is found to be materially misrepresented compared to its listing description.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Credits that have already been used to purchase draw entries.
  • Free Credits earned through check-in, registration bonuses, or referral rewards — these have no cash value.
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the Credits purchase date.
  • Requests where the purchaser has violated our Terms of Service.

4. Physical Prize Delivery — Returns

If you win a physical prize and choose delivery:

  • Prizes are inspected before shipping. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a Credit equivalent at our discretion.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for physical prizes.

Alternatively, all prize winners may elect to receive 85% of the product's market value in Credits instead of the physical item, at any time before the prize is shipped.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@onegrab.io with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date and amount of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining Credits. We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly.
